Java Stats Package

Efficient implementations of common R functions in Java.

R provides easy functionality to explore and analyze datasets, but at scale in production, R does not provide the performance necessary to efficiently process large quantities of data. By implementing LOESS smoothing, Ward's method of hierarchical clustering, and dynamic time warping of time series data in Java, the same quality analysis from R could be executed in Java, run concurrently, and efficiently process data from millions of individuals.
